Traditionally yoga was taught one on one. Private lessons provide a setting in which yoga can be adapted to your body and your individual needs.
Guided by verbal instruction, demonstration and hands on direction you can learn and practice postures at your own pace and within your range of motion.
With attention to detail and an approach that is step by step experience how yoga can affect your body and your mind. Rediscover and enjoy your natural strength, suppleness, vigour and health by practicing yoga in the privacy of your home.

* Private yoga classes can take you further in your practice than a group class can.
* Written practice plans will be provided.
* Practice the style of yoga that is appropriate for you. Gentle Hatha yoga and more vigorous styles such as Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga are offered.
* Practice one on one, or get a small group together and share the cost.
* Sign up for a single session, or sign up for a series of sessions and receive a reduced rate.
* PLEASE NOTE private classes in the home are taught only in the central downtown area of Toronto within the boundaries of Royal York Rd., Eglinton Ave. and Carlaw Ave.
